Seventh annual Golf Tournament for The Arc of Atlantic County 
Hosted by the I. Rice & Company Sept.17 at Linwood Country Club. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. followed by a 9 a.m. shotgun start. Proceeds benefit The Arc, which provides services for people with developmental disabilities in our community. Cost is $175 and includes awards luncheon. Professional Chefs Association of South Jersey Golf Tournament

Carmeline Del Vecchio Memorial Foundation Golf Tournament

20th annual Energentic Golf and Sporting Clay Invitational 
Friday, Oct. 2. The daylong sporting competition will bring together more than 100 participants for a trip to the Red Wing Sporting Clays Range followed by a round of golf at Blue Heron Pines Golf Club. Atlantic Cape Community College Scramble “Fore” Scholarships Golf Tournament 
12:30 p.m. Friday, Oct. 9at Cape May National Golf Club. Proceeds benefit student scholarships and foundation operations. Chris Ford of Margate, a former Holy Spirit High School basketball player and head coach of the Boston Celtics and Milwaukee Bucks, will be the featured guest. Cost is $150 per person or $500 per foursome and includes a gift, lunch and awards dinner. Skills contests include closest to the pin and longest drive. Sponsorship range from $125 to $5,000. Atlantic County Bar Association Golf Tournament 
Friday, Oct. 16 at Linwood Country Club on Shore Road in Linwood. Breakfast and registration begin at 8 a.m.; shotgun start at 9. Second annual Cliff Rosegren Golf Tournament 
8 a.m. shotgun start Saturday, Oct. 17 at Mays Landing Golf Club, 1855 Cates Road, Mays Landing.
